
Accountability & Hard Work
Accountability and hard work are the keys to getting you the results you’re after. I am that solid support you can count on to research the most current fitness studies and optimize the effectiveness of your training program. All you have to do is show up and follow it to a “t”! I will share your program on google docs where all your progress will be logged. This will keep you motivated and hold us both accountable to the program as well. There is no better feeling when you can look in the mirror and see that all your hard work payed off! Let’s make that happen for you!

Tailored Exercise Programs
In our initial meeting, I’ll perform a comprehensive functional assessment to have a better idea of your strength and mobility. I will then apply my findings to a customized workout program catered to your specific needs and share it with you via Google Docs. It will contain your exercises, number of sets, repetitions, tempos, and rest periods. In addition, each exercise will be hyperlinked to a quick instructional video so you can view the perfect form before completing any homework I may assign. Each phase of A and B workouts will typically last three-weeks. The exercises will then change for the next phase as we progress. I am looking forward to building the perfect program for you!

Progressing Safely
Keeping you safe is my number one priority as your personal trainer. I always make sure you are practicing the perfect form and never rush or push you passed your safe limits. I have helped hundreds of students achieve their goals in this way and without injury. In fact, we will utilize specific techniques and strength/mobility exercises, as a means of “bullet proofing” or making your joints even more robust. You will feel a big difference in your strength no matter what level you are starting from! I will also be there every step of the way, making sure you are progressing safely and timely. Don’t worry, I got your back!
Nutrition
Nutrition is key for recovery, energy, and metabolic well being. Eating healthy can seem like a daunting task, but with simple adjustments, it really doesn’t have to be. I provide healthy meal plans, quick recipes, a grocery list and top secret advice for how to have a happy gut microbiome. This will only accelerate your results and make you feel a whole lot better!
