I have over 20 years of personal training experience and have helped hundreds of people from all walks of life, get their lives back
I was an elite rugby player and track cyclist—10 years competing, national medals in both.
I have lived my whole life with cervical spinal stenosis (a painful, debilitating, and dangerous condition) which caused temporary, complete paralysis on the field. I know what it’s like to feel trapped and without hope.
I fought back, went back to school, earned a BA in Biological Sciences from Hunter College, took all Physical Therapy prerequisite classes with a strong focus on the nervous system.
I worked for my father, the head MD of his holistic medical wellness center as a part time personal trainer. I collaborated with top MDs, PTs, and dietitians on corrective exercise techniques, nutrition, mindset, supplementation, and rehabilitation.
Mindset, strategic training progressions, nutrition, and sleep all proved most helpful for me and I like to implement those very same pillars of health to my students.
My job is to figure out the root causes or obstacles ailing you, then help you to see the way out. The answer is always nuanced from person to person so a customized approach is always recommended.
