Getting You Results

Consistency and teamwork are key to getting you results fast.  I am always researching the most current fitness studies to optimize the effectiveness of your training and help you stay motivated.  All you have to do is bring it!  If you have specific strength goals, I will share your program on google docs with you where all your progress will be logged.  In this case you may be expected to log homework depending on how many times per week we meet.  There is no better feeling when you feel and perform at your best.  Let’s make it happen for you! 

Exercise Programs

In our initial meeting, I’ll perform a detailed movement assessment to have a better idea of your strength and mobility.  I will then apply my findings to a customized workout program catered to your specific needs and share it with you via Google Docs.  It will contain your exercises, number of sets, repetitions, tempos, and rest periods.  In addition, each exercise will be hyperlinked to a quick instructional video so you can view the perfect form before completing any homework I may assign.  Each phase of A and B workouts will typically last three-weeks.  The exercises will then change for the next phase as we progress.   Looking forward to building the perfect program for you!

Keeping You Safe

Keeping you safe is my number one priority as you personal trainer.  I always make sure you are practicing the perfect form and never rush or push you passed your physical limits.  I have helped hundreds of students achieve their goals in this way and without injury.  In fact, we will utilize specific stretches and strength/mobility exercises, as a means of  “bullet proofing” or preventing injury.  I will be there every step of the way, making sure you are progressing safely and timely.  Don’t worry, I got your back!
